EN+ Telecom has begun operating as a mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) in the Irkutsk region. The new service was launched in partnership with T2, which is providing its infrastructure for the new telecom operator.

EN+ Telecom representatives said the launch marks the beginning of the company’s shift from an internet service provider to a comprehensive digital ecosystem for consumers and businesses in the region.

The company’s network currently covers 250 communities across the Irkutsk region and includes its own backbone lines and customer service locations. EN+ Telecom could eventually expand its mobile services to other regions of Russia.

“We are confident that the new operator will become a reliable partner for people in the region. As part of an energy holding company, we offer more than connectivity—we provide integrated technology solutions for everyday life,” said EN+ Telecom CEO Maksim Pavlenko.
