Malyshevskoye Ore Administration Doubles HR Process Speed Through Digitalization

Malyshevskoye Ore Administration, one of Russia's oldest ore mining and processing companies, has automated its HR document management using the HRlink platform, cutting the time required for HR operations in half.

The company employs 470 people across nine geographically dispersed divisions, making HR administration more complex. Previously, documents were approved on paper and typically passed through four participants, while HR staff had to manually track signatures based on managers' work schedules.

"Previously, familiarizing employees with HR documents was quite labor-intensive. For example, an order would be sent to a division, a responsible employee would deliver it to the signatory's workplace, and then bring the signed document back," said Natalya Zvereva, deputy director for human resources at Malyshevskoye Ore Administration.

Today, about 85% of the company's HR document workflow is processed through its electronic HR document management system, and office supply costs have fallen by nearly 10%. Over four months, 300 employees joined the system, and the company plans to increase coverage to 80% of its workforce within a year.
