The FreeMIS medical information system has received official approval from the Russian Ministry of Health. The system was developed by V.I. Tsypkin Clinic of Innovative Traumatology, a resident of the Sarov Advanced Development Territory. FreeMIS has now been successfully integrated with Russia's Unified State Health Information System.

The clinic is now fully synchronized with key government services, including the Unified State Health Information System, the Social Fund of Russia, the Gosuslugi government services portal and the Federal Tax Service. Patients can access electronic prescriptions, automatically receive medical documents and certificates for tax deductions through Gosuslugi, sign consent forms online and use telemedicine services.

The product took five years to develop. The clinic decided to create its own software because existing systems on the market did not meet its requirements, demonstrating operational instability and failing to account for industry-specific needs.
