In 2023, the bank simultaneously deployed three solutions: the Solar Dozor data protection system, the Solar WAF web application security service and the Security Awareness platform for improving employees' cybersecurity skills. Today, they protect the bank's infrastructure and its representative offices in Armenia, Belarus and Kyrgyzstan.

In February 2026, amid a surge in attacks on the financial sector, Solar WAF detected and repelled more than 167,000 cyberattacks targeting the bank's web resources, four times the average monthly level recorded in 2025–2026. From 2024 through the first half of 2026, the system processed more than 780,000 information security events, with their number continuing to grow year over year.

In addition to technical security measures, bank employees regularly undergo cybersecurity training and phishing simulations, helping reduce risks associated with human error.

"Interstate Bank's infrastructure is unique from an information security perspective, and any successful attack on it could have consequences extending far beyond a single organization. When we began actively modernizing our cybersecurity systems in 2023, we were looking for a partner that understood these specifics and was prepared to share responsibility for the outcome. With Solar, we found exactly that approach," said Alexander Kravtsov, head of the Information Security Department at Interstate Bank.
