Muscovites Move Into Elektronny Dom

Modern digital services help city residents pay bills, request utility services, and even get rid of unwanted items.

Elektronny Dom (Electronic Home) is Moscow’s universal digital platform for handling everyday household issues. The growing popularity of the service was reported on mos.ru. Users can resolve basic tasks such as submitting utility meter readings and paying bills, as well as take part directly in building management. In 2025 alone, homeowners held more than 6,000 general meetings through the platform. It also received about 430,000 requests related to landscaping and maintenance of surrounding residential areas.

Cleaning Up and Hauling Away the Unwanted

The Elektronny Konsyerzh (Electronic Concierge) service is an online chat for capital repairs, housing and utilities, and public services. More than 300,000 consultations were held through it over the year. Using Elektronny Dom, residents ordered the installation of smart water meters more than 500 times.

This year, a new Khimchistka (Dry Cleaning) service was launched, allowing residents to order home cleaning for carpets, furniture, and mattresses using safe, certified products. Through the Vyvoz Nenuzhnykh Veshchey (Removal of Unwanted Items) service, Muscovites disposed of 595 tonnes of household appliances, furniture, bathtubs, and even 18 cars. Clothing, shoes, and books were sorted, processed, and passed on to new owners.
