The project was supported by the Presidential Fund for Cultural Initiatives and is being implemented by the parish of the Church of Michael the Archangel in Novosibirsk and the Siberian Center for Bell Art.

The presentation took place during the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Altai Center for Bell Ringing Craft. Talashkin, who heads the Siberian Center for Bell Art in Novosibirsk, held a master class in Altai. The museum has collected information about pre-revolutionary cast bells from the Urals to the Far East, including those from Altai. Bell ringers, local historians, historians, and school students will be able to examine the bells and hear their voices.

"We managed not only to capture 3D images of the bells but also to determine their chemical composition, weigh them, and record their sound! We hope this new encyclopedia will not only aid the study of the past but also influence our present, giving us a new perspective on our bell heritage," said Alexey Talashkin, head of the Siberian Center for Bell Art.
