Major IT Forum in Moscow to Focus on Digital Transformation
Russia’s first “Digital Solutions” IT forum, organized by the Ministry of Digital Development, will bring together government, business, and experts this November to set the course for the country’s tech future.

The inaugural forum will take place November 12–15 at the National Center “Russia” in Moscow. The event will unite officials, business leaders, and experts to discuss technological progress and showcase domestic IT solutions under the national “Data Economy” project.
The business program is divided into three core tracks: “Business,” “Society,” and “Government.” Attendees can expect more than 90 sessions featuring over 600 speakers. Topics will cover eight priority areas, including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, Russian-made software and hardware, and workforce training.
From November 13 to 15, the forum will also host a digital solutions exhibition spanning more than 2,000 square meters. Companies will present their latest innovations, and visitors will be able to test digital products for free at special demo stands.
Organizers emphasize that the forum is designed as a dialogue platform between business and government. Its outcomes are expected to shape the next wave of Russia’s digital transformation.
