Krasnoye Sormovo Shipyard Automates Core Production Processes
The transition was enabled by Russian software solutions from CSoft Group.

OSK’s Krasnoye Sormovo shipyard has implemented an end-to-end digital platform built on solutions from CSoft Group, a Russian software developer. All core production processes were automated within one year, the company’s director Sergey Lyashenko said at the Russian Shipbuilding 2026 conference in St. Petersburg.
According to Lyashenko, the design and engineering preparation stage was automated in just four months. Warehouse accounting systems were set up in five months, while dispatching operations were modernized over a six-month period.
The final stage of the transformation will be a full transition to a “digital shipyard” model. In the near term, the company plans to introduce automated generation of production processes and labor standards based on data from information models.
