New Series of UPS Systems “EXPERT-ZF”: Energy Independence for Industry, IT, and Utilities
Russian company Cyber Electro has unveiled a new line of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems, “EXPERT-ZF” and “EXPERT-3F,” designed for critical industrial facilities, utilities, and IT infrastructure. This marks an important step in advancing domestic energy supply solutions, especially relevant amid rising demands for reliable power.

Versatility and Reliability
The “EXPERT-ZF” series combines unique technical features that allow it to be used in diverse conditions. Its online double-conversion topology provides stable voltage and a pure sine wave output—critical for sensitive equipment in data centers and automated industrial systems. The units support multiple phase connection modes (3φ/3φ, 1φ/1φ, 3φ/1φ, 1φ/3φ), offering exceptional flexibility for integration into existing infrastructure. In addition, up to three devices can be connected in parallel, scaling capacity up to 120 kW and boosting system fault tolerance.

One of the key features of the new series is its ability to operate at temperatures up to +50°C. This is particularly important for industrial sites and data centers where cooling systems may struggle with heavy loads, as well as for regions with hot climates. Such thermal resilience significantly expands the applicability of these UPS systems in far-from-ideal conditions.
Import Substitution Backed by the State
Cyber Electro’s products are listed in the State Industrial Information System (GIIS), confirming their status as domestic developments and compliance with strict localization requirements. This certification grants access to government tenders and import substitution programs, simplifies participation in public procurement, and builds trust among corporate clients. At a time of restricted access to foreign technologies, such certified solutions are critical for ensuring the continuity of key sectors.

In recent years, interest in domestic solutions for IT infrastructure has grown sharply, especially since these products are now genuinely import-substituting—assembled from Russian-made components and powered by proprietary software.
Demand Will Keep Rising
Demand for reliable power systems in Russia continues to grow, particularly in the industrial and data center segments, where requirements for power density and energy efficiency are constantly increasing. According to expert forecasts, the overall Russian market for IT infrastructure equipment is expected to grow by at least 10% annually. The “EXPERT-ZF” series meets these challenges by offering scalability, adaptability, and resilience in demanding operating environments. Looking ahead, the product line is likely to expand further, with higher-capacity models and enhanced features for integration with energy management systems.

Russian Innovation Ensures Reliability
The new “EXPERT-ZF” UPS series from Cyber Electro not only strengthens the manufacturer’s position in the market but also contributes to the country’s technological sovereignty. Its versatility, reliability, and compliance with modern infrastructure standards make it a crucial element in building stable and secure power systems for industry, utilities, and the IT sector.
