Orgenergostroy Moves Procurement to Its Own Digital Platform
The Orgenergostroy institute has consolidated all procurement on a corporate trading platform built on B2B-Center. The service is expected to improve efficiency and transparency in working with suppliers.

The company has been working on B2B-Center for 17 years. This year it has conducted more than 380 procurement procedures, including on the upgraded Tenders 2.0 platform. Procurement for key projects, including Rooppur in Bangladesh and MBIR in Dimitrovgrad, is handled by 57 employees from 10 divisions.
Over the period, the supplier base has grown by 50%, with more than 670 companies participating in procedures. The time needed to find counterparties has been halved, and document flow has been simplified.
Next year, the institute plans to increase procurement volume on the platform and expand the number of categories by 15%.
