Deputy Governor of the Oryol region Aleksandr Biryukov held a working meeting with federal experts in digital ecosystems. The discussion included specialists from Lomonosov Moscow State University, Russian State University for the Humanities, and representatives of the Moscow Association of Entrepreneurs.

The core idea behind the new platform is to remove bureaucratic friction between investors and the region. Currently, businesses must independently search for suitable sites, clarify support conditions, and negotiate with banks. The platform is designed to bring these steps into a single interface, operating online and in real time. The project will automate support across the full investment cycle, from initial concept to the launch of a production facility.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to set up a working group that includes representatives of the regional government, universities, and IT companies. The group will prepare a roadmap with specific timelines for launching a pilot version.

Participants said the project could help the Oryol region improve its standing in national investment rankings and attract strategic partners in priority sectors of the economy.
