Russian CRM Platform BPMSoft Proves Its Value for Business
System integrator NORBIT has successfully migrated Mobius Technologies to the Russian low-code CRM platform BPMSoft, doubling incoming leads in just four months.
The migration project was developed by Russian company NORBIT specifically for Mobius Technologies, a provider of technology consulting and IT infrastructure services. Within 8.5 months, the system was fully deployed into industrial operation.
The need for migration arose from the rapid growth of Mobius Technologies, which overwhelmed the company’s old system.
The choice fell on the domestic low-code platform BPMSoft. At the start of the project, NORBIT experts designed interface mockups and technical documentation tailored to the client’s business requirements. Ultimately, they automated the full order management cycle: from collecting leads from different sources and qualifying them to approval processes and payment schedules. The new CRM was integrated with financial systems, 1C software, currency exchange rates, and mass mailing tools.
