IT integrator Pervyy Bit has completed the deployment of the Imprice (dynamic pricing system) for Zdravservis, a major pharmaceutical distributor.

The project began with a pilot in the Voronezh region, where online pharmacies reported an 11% increase in revenue compared with control regions, while margins rose by 3.2 percentage points.

According to Zdravservis project lead Vladimir Dementyev, the shift was driven by the limitations of a uniform pricing approach.

“We saw room for growth and decided to test dynamic pricing. E-commerce was the logical starting point,” he said.

A second pilot in the Kaluga region confirmed the results, with gross income increasing by 3.1% against a target threshold of 2.5%. Following the two successful tests, the company scaled the system across its entire online channel. By autumn 2025, Imprice had been deployed in ten regions under a unified gross income growth strategy. The rollout did not require additional staff, as the team shifted from manual price recalculation to managing pricing strategies and rules.
