Renaissance Insurance and Sber to Launch Generative AI Pilot for Insurance Services
Renaissance Insurance Group has partnered with Sber to test GigaChat-based technologies aimed at accelerating customer service and automating routine operations across the insurer’s business.
The agreement was signed at the TsIPR conference by Sber Senior Vice President Andrey Belevtsev and Renaissance Insurance Vice President Ilya Frenklakh. The pilot project will cover several business areas simultaneously. Customers using voluntary health insurance plans will receive personalized medical consultations through the Renaissance Health mobile app powered by SberMedII solutions. The insurance company’s call center will also introduce voice-based AI assistants designed to reduce operator workload and shorten waiting times for customers. In parallel, the company’s engineers will test the GigaCode AI development assistant to speed up product creation and reduce the number of software errors.
If the pilot proves successful, the participating companies plan to scale the solutions across the insurer’s entire business.
