Russian IT Firm Builds High-Performance Servers for Scientific Research

A new generation of Russian-made servers marks a major step toward digital sovereignty and advanced computing capabilities.

The Russian IT hardware manufacturer Inferit, part of the Softline Group’s SF Tech cluster, has developed a new line of high-performance servers designed for complex computational research. The systems will be assembled in Fryazino, a science-focused satellite city near Moscow. The updated product lineup includes four server models tailored to different applications—from corporate computing and scientific modeling to 3D content processing.

Engineering for Independence

According to Andrey Ilyichev, Head of Product Solutions at Inferit Tekhnika, the new series represents another step toward full technological sovereignty in computing infrastructure. The servers incorporate modular cooling systems that can be replaced without halting operations, ensuring uninterrupted performance. Meanwhile, redundant power blocks provide fail-safe operation, allowing computation to continue even if one module fails.

AI-Optimized Performance

The upgraded chips are equipped with dedicated computation modules optimized for AI-related tasks, boosting efficiency and scalability. On request, the systems can also be delivered with a proprietary operating platform—an important milestone in developing Russia’s secure, self-sufficient digital ecosystem.
