CICADA8 Expands Into Indonesia as Its First Overseas Market
Russian cybersecurity developer CICADA8 is launching operations in Indonesia, the company's first international market. Regional systems integrator Walden Global Services will serve as its strategic partner in the country.

Indonesia is one of Southeast Asia's most promising digital markets, with cyber threats rising amid a shortage of information security professionals. CICADA8 estimates the addressable market for its products in Indonesia at about $1.1 billion, with annual growth of roughly 20%. The company expects projects in the country could generate up to $10 million in revenue by 2027.
The company plans to introduce its portfolio of real-time vulnerability and threat management products to the Indonesian market, including CICADA8 ETM, CICADA8 VM, Dependency Firewall, and Cyber Rating. The platform combines artificial intelligence tools and is designed to help organizations identify and address security blind spots across digital infrastructure.
Walden Global Services will be responsible for product promotion and work with local customers, while CICADA8 will provide technical support and handle complex deployments. The company expects to attract five corporate clients during its first year in the country. Belarus and Vietnam are among the next markets being considered for expansion.
