Russian Neural Network Set to Assist Construction Projects
Artificial intelligence will assess project readiness and review construction documentation.

In 2026, Russian developers will be able to test a new neural-network-based technology from domestic company SIGNAL. Two years ago, the company replaced imported software providers. Today, SIGNAL has evolved into a multifunctional digital tool for managing the entire construction process and is now being equipped with AI capabilities.
Able to Compete on the Global Market
One feature already in use is summarization. The system analyzes all project events on a daily basis and generates a brief report for managers in either text or audio format. It can be listened to on the way to work, while daily reports are automatically compiled into weekly and monthly summaries.
Assessing the broader development of digital solutions, Popov noted that in areas such as common data environments, dashboards, 360-degree imagery, and construction control tools, Russian products have reached a sufficient level of maturity and are capable of competing with international counterparts already.
