Russian Telecom Providers Merge IT Platforms to Accelerate Data Service Delivery

Beeline and Rostelecom have completed the first stage of IT integration to improve coordination and speed up data transmission services.
Russian digital service providers Beeline (VimpelCom) and Rostelecom have finalized the initial phase of merging their IT systems. The integration combines Beeline’s resource rental request aggregator with Rostelecom’s B2O CRM system which enables faster coordination of data service connections through automation.
The project utilizes a secure API channel for data exchange and ensures safety and reliability. The streamlined system will simplify contract signing and enhance the quality of joint operations. Future updates are expected to enable quicker development of commercial offerings.
According to Andrey Sioridze, Director of Infrastructure Leasing at VimpelCom, this step will significantly improve the efficiency of joint projects amid growing demand for both mobile and fixed internet services.
By collaborating on IT infrastructure Russia’s telecom giants aim to modernize nationwide data delivery and improve customer service.
