Russian Regions Build Their Own Online Utility Payment Services
Yakutia now lets residents pay utility bills and submit meter readings through a single online portal.

The Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) has launched its own online platform for paying utility bills, according to the regional government’s press service.
Through the e-yakutia.ru website, residents can submit meter readings, review payment history, receive electronic bills, and pay for all utility services via a single interface. The system eliminates the need to install multiple apps, pay bank transfer fees, or rely on paper invoices.
All Information Tied to One Address
To use the service, residents simply log in, enter the address of their property, and gain immediate access to all relevant data. The press service says the consolidated payment document is generated automatically using the customer’s account details and charges from utility providers.
Russian regions are increasingly developing their own digital services for citizens across areas such as education, healthcare, tourism, investment support, and transport. So far, seven regions have built unique platforms for delivering government services.
