Russian Digital Forum Sets Record for Deals and Global Participation

Kazan Digital Week 2025 has cemented its status as a major international event, drawing more participants than ever and surpassing 100 signed agreements.

At Kazan Digital Week 2025, held from September 17 to 19, organizers reported a record number of signed agreements. According to Tatarstan’s head Rustam Minnikhanov, more than 100 deals were concluded—up from 37 in 2023 and 50 in 2024—demonstrating the forum’s rapid rise in influence and scale.

The surge was also reflected in international attendance. This year’s event drew 25,000 participants from 72 countries, compared to 60 countries in 2024 and 15,000 in-person attendees in 2023. More than 300 companies showcased their technologies at the exhibition.

The central theme of 2025 was artificial intelligence. Across 140 events, experts presented forward-looking solutions in IT, public administration, medicine, and transportation. Among the agreements signed were initiatives to advance communication technologies, digitally transform the republic’s transportation system, and strengthen cooperation between industrial enterprises and software developers.
