Sber and TsRT to Roll Out Generative AI Across 15 Russian Regions
Agreements to deploy artificial intelligence in healthcare, education, and urban security were signed at the TsIPR-2026 conference by Sber, TsRT Group, and regional digital development ministries.

The technologies are set to launch in the Kaluga, Yaroslavl, Sverdlovsk, Murmansk, Kemerovo, Belgorod, Novosibirsk, Voronezh, Saratov, Kursk, Lipetsk, Orenburg, and Kurgan regions, as well as in Krasnoyarsk and Khabarovsk territories.
Cities plan to deploy intelligent video surveillance systems designed to help authorities respond more quickly to emergencies and improve safety in public spaces. Government services are also expected to become more accessible through voice assistants and chatbots powered by GigaChat. In healthcare, AI will handle routine paperwork and help doctors make more accurate diagnoses.
TsRT CEO Dmitry Dyrmovsky said the company has been developing technologies for the public sector for more than 35 years and is prepared to share its expertise and deploy advanced services based on generative AI to improve comfort and safety for residents.
