AI Procurement Assistants Arrive on B2B-Center Platform
Electronic trading platform B2B-RTS has launched several AI assistants in test mode for corporate buyers and suppliers, as companies across Russia’s procurement sector push to automate routine operations and speed up deal execution.

The biggest update for procurement teams is an automated bidding request generator. Users only need to describe what they want to buy, and the assistant creates a procurement request within minutes, configures the tender parameters, and offers recommendations for the procedure. According to the company, the tool cuts preparation time by roughly 20 times.
The company has also launched a separate assistant for the platform’s more than 200,000 suppliers. The system was trained on a database of 2.5 million procurement procedures and can answer more than 400 questions, ranging from electronic signature requirements to application filing details. The AI assistant has also been integrated into the Korporativny internet-magazin (Corporate Online Store). All services operate inside a protected environment using anonymized data. The company expects the new tools to increase the number of procurement procedures by 20 – 25% and expand its client base by about 15%.
