Smart ATM Debuts in a Moscow Shopping Mall
The device combines an AI assistant, rapid health screening, and personalized prompts in a single, high-tech interface.

Sber has unveiled a next-generation ATM at a shopping mall in Moscow. The device features an AI assistant, express health assessment, personalized recommendations, and a smart user interface. Since December, such ATMs have begun rolling out across Russia.
The innovative ATM was first presented at the international AI Journey conference in November. Alongside standard banking functions, it integrates the GigaChat AI assistant and a rapid health check service.
Claimed to Be One of a Kind
According to Alexander Vedyakhin, First Deputy Chairman of Sberbank’s Management Board, the device can perform a health check in about 30 seconds, measuring 10 different indicators.
Thanks to the built-in intelligent assistant, users can operate the ATM using voice commands. The AI is capable of understanding complex, multi-part requests. The device is equipped with two screens, with the second designed to enhance the security of personal data.
The ATM runs on software developed in-house by Sber. During its development, the company filed 11 patent applications covering original technical and design solutions.
