UCSB Expands Cooperation With UserGate
Russian systems integrator Ural Center for Security Systems (UCSB) has received Authorized Service Partner status from UserGate. The integrator was previously one of UserGate’s Gold Partners.
In March 2026, UserGate launched a joint technical support program with its partners. The model distributes areas of responsibility between the vendor and service partners, which must undergo mandatory certification. Eight companies in Russia have so far confirmed their compliance with UserGate’s standards, with UCSB the only integrator among them based outside Moscow and St. Petersburg.
The status will allow UCSB to provide full-cycle service support for UserGate products through a single point of contact.
“For UCSB, Authorized Service Partner status with UserGate is an opportunity to deliver complex projects based on the vendor’s solutions even more effectively. With the new status, we will be able to work more closely with the UserGate team on technical issues, find solutions to nonstandard situations faster, and provide customers with more prompt and higher-quality support,” said Maxim Tikhomirov, head of partner relations at UCSB.
