Russian AI Creates Complete Presentations in About a Minute
Residents of the Skolkovo Foundation innovation center in Omsk have developed Slidy AI, a Russian AI-powered presentation service that its creators say generates presentations faster than Western alternatives such as Gamma. The product is being developed by the Omsk-based company AI LLC.
Slidy AI automatically creates a presentation's structure, selects a design, and writes the text. The service operates without the need for a VPN or the payment restrictions often associated with foreign platforms. Its servers are located in Russia, and the interface is fully available in Russian. According to the company, the AI matches – and in some areas surpasses – competing international products by combining the best features of Western presentation tools while adapting them to Russian users' needs.
More than 4.5 million people across Russia already use the service. The developers are continuing to expand its capabilities, and upcoming updates will enable the AI to produce reports, academic papers, and even official documents formatted in accordance with GOST (Russia's national technical standards).
