AI Is Set to Add to the Holiday Atmosphere Ahead of New Year in Russia

Artificial intelligence is increasingly being used to organize celebrations, helping cut costs, improve safety, and make events more personalized.

According to EventMB, 63 percent of professional event organizers worldwide already use neural networks when planning events, while 78 percent of large agencies have added AI strategists or prompt engineers to their staff. One of the key areas is security: AI systems analyze data from cameras and sensors in real time, helping coordinate security teams at large venues.

Personalization has emerged as the leading trend. Globally, AI is used to analyze guest preferences and create tailored event scenarios. In Russia, AI is more often applied to producing video, music, and text content to create a distinctive festive atmosphere.

Generative models such as YandexGPT and GigaChat are used for this purpose, while music services Yandex Music and Zvuk curate playlists to match the format of an event. According to Avito Services, 72 percent of Russian companies plan to hold New Year corporate events in 2025 and are increasingly turning to AI tools.

Neural Networks in Everyday Life

Neural networks are also gaining traction in everyday life. Data from the Russian Public Opinion Research Center show that 63 percent of Russians have already used AI to plan celebrations, while 47.3 percent have used it to generate visual content for the New Year. AI helps users plan menus, calculate budgets, choose gifts, and create personalized greetings.

Experts agree that personalization is what makes AI a valuable tool in the events industry. These technologies not only simplify preparation but also help create experiences that stay with people long after the celebration ends.
