In Russia, New Audio Equipment Software Added to National Software Registry
Oktava BadgeControl has been officially included in the Ministry of Digital Development’s Unified Register of Russian Software.

A software program designed to configure audio equipment has been officially added to the Unified Register of Russian Software maintained by the Ministry of Digital Development. The developer is Oktava DM – Tekhnologii, part of Oktava DM, a technology partner of Rostec. The software is already embedded in AB-400 and AB-101 audio badge models and manages their configuration, updates, and licensing.
Using Oktava BadgeControl, administrators can set device parameters for operation with a base station and restrict access to specific system functions. The software architecture follows a modular design, allowing configurations to be adapted to specific customer needs without modifying the hardware.
The Registry and the Developer
The national software registry is compiled by an expert council under the Ministry of Digital Development. Inclusion confirms the product’s Russian origin and enables participation in projects subject to import substitution requirements.
Oktava DM – Tekhnologii develops upper- and lower-level software for audio badges, microphones, and related equipment. In 2026, the team is focusing on software with remote control capabilities for radio systems and conference platforms.
