World-Class IT Campus to Open in Russia This September

The Neimark campus in Nizhny Novgorod will begin training its first students in fall 2025, establishing a federal-level hub for IT education and industry collaboration.

In September 2025, Nizhny Novgorod will officially launch the first phase of the large-scale Neimark IT campus. The project, recognized as a federal initiative, is designed to create a new educational ecosystem for training high-level IT specialists.

Construction of 18 residential buildings is nearing completion, with the first students expected to move in soon.

Neimark is positioned as an interuniversity competence center. Students will not only study but also gain hands-on experience through internships at real enterprises. All educational programs have been developed in partnership with leading companies in Russia’s IT sector.

The curriculum will cover five key areas: artificial intelligence and computer vision, augmented and virtual reality, microelectronics, information security, and digital technologies in construction.

In parallel, the region plans to establish the federal technopark Nizhpolygraph, which will focus on preparing talent for industry, including engineers and specialists in new professions.
