Russia Unveils High-Performance Embedded Computer BLOK-GPU

The System Is Designed for Energy, Industry, Transport, and Aviation Applications

Russian company RTSoft-VC has introduced a pre-production model of the BLOK-GPU, a domestically developed embedded computer built for AI-driven systems and high-performance computing tasks. Featuring a large number of processing cores, the device is optimized for image processing, data analysis, machine learning, and scientific computation — making it ideal for use in machine vision, digital twins, autonomous control, and 3D modeling systems.

Built for Harsh Environments

The BLOK-GPU is engineered to operate reliably in extreme industrial and environmental conditions. It is targeted for deployment in energy, manufacturing, transportation, and aviation, where durability and performance are critical.

The design enables the unit to dissipate up to 250 watts of heat without active cooling, maintaining stable operation under high temperatures and mechanical stress. The device uses a fanless, conduction-cooled format, allowing continuous operation in a temperature range from 0°C to +55°C.

The BLOK-GPU meets Russian state and nuclear industry standards (GOST RV and Rosatom), offering a five-year warranty and at least seven years of long-term support.

RTSoft-VC is currently verifying a version of BLOK-GPU equipped with an NVIDIA A5000 GPU (Ada Lovelace architecture) and plans to transition to the PRO 5000 Blackwell architecture in the future. The entire development process is fully localized in Russia and based on proprietary design documentation.

Prototype units are already available for testing, and the public presentation of BLOK-GPU will take place at the Electronics of Russia 2025 exhibition, scheduled for November 25–27.
