In Russia, New Delivery Service Aims for Ultra-Fast Shipping and Instant Returns

Yandex Market’s premium Ultima service promises three-hour deliveries and courier-arranged returns, blending e-commerce with on-demand grocery runs.

In Russia, Yandex Market has rolled out a premium service called Ultima, offering express delivery and “one-click” returns powered by advanced transport and logistics technology, reports CNews. Customers can receive orders within three hours and return unwanted items while simultaneously ordering groceries from Yandex’s Lavka.

The express option currently covers select products in Moscow and the surrounding region, with more partners and expanded coverage planned.

The “one-click” return service lets customers schedule a courier at their convenience. The courier not only collects the return but also delivers groceries from Lavka in just 15–30 minutes. The service is free within dark store coverage areas.

To maintain high service standards, Ultima uses a dedicated fleet of specially trained couriers.
