The system is being developed by the Artificial Intelligence Research Center of the Presidential Academy. It drafts procedural documents — users can upload statements, scans, photographs, and audio recordings. The program recognizes case file materials, extracts relevant information, and generates a ready-to-use file in DOCX format.

Currently, the assistant supports 15 types of documents, including rulings, notices, explanations, and protocols under the Criminal Procedure Code and the Administrative Offenses Code. The developers emphasize that the neural network does not make final decisions — responsibility for the document remains with the police officer.

The system has been implemented as a web application with role-based access control, document archiving, access management, and personal data protection.

Next, the templates will be reviewed by lawyers, and the system's performance will be tested on anonymized materials from real cases. This will be followed by a pilot launch in collaboration with the Ministry of Internal Affairs and cybersecurity specialists.
