A Virtual Realtor Emerges in Russia
A new AI‑powered assistant is transforming how potential buyers and renters interact with real estate listings in Russia

Russian developer Samolet Plus has introduced a virtual realtor — an AI‑driven bot designed to handle customer communication across major real estate listing platforms. The assistant works around the clock, connecting to chats through official APIs and responding to incoming inquiries automatically.
The AI clarifies a client’s budget, desired parameters, and contact information, then structures these details and transfers them directly into the company’s CRM system. This eliminates manual data entry for human agents. When the assistant encounters a complex question, the conversation is seamlessly redirected to a live operator without disrupting the user experience.
Pilot testing showed that 95 percent of the AI’s responses were considered accurate, while conversion rates increased by roughly 20 percent.
According to the company, about 55 percent of customers prefer chat over phone calls, and up to 33 percent of chats go unanswered because agents cannot process them quickly enough.
The bot will soon be available to all realtors on the AI Plus platform. Real estate services in Russia continue to adopt smart, data‑driven tools as companies increasingly develop and deploy their own technologies.
