Russian Businesses Can Now Assess Cybersecurity in 10 Minutes

A new free service developed by K2 Cloud, K2 Cybersecurity, and Positive Technologies enables companies to evaluate their IT infrastructure’s security level in just ten minutes — and instantly receive tailored recommendations.

Comprehensive Cyber Resilience Evaluation

Russian firms K2 Cloud, K2 Cybersecurity, and Positive Technologies have launched a tool that helps organizations quickly determine how well their IT infrastructure is protected. The system, built on Positive Technologies’ methodology and the expertise of K2 specialists, measures overall cyber resilience across multiple key dimensions.

The service evaluates security based on 11 parameters — from the structure of an organization’s information security department and employee awareness policies to its protective measures and incident response capabilities. Upon completion, users receive not only a general security score but also actionable steps to strengthen their defenses. For deeper insights, an extended report and expert consultation are available on request.

Accessible and Practical for Every Business

According to Evgeny Bagrov from K2 Cybersecurity, the goal of the project is to provide businesses with a simple, cost-free diagnostic tool that doesn’t require external contractors. He noted that cyberattacks are becoming more frequent and sophisticated, making accessible self-assessment tools especially important for companies with limited resources.

Angelika Zakharova, Head of the Cybersecurity Practice at K2 Cloud, added that the new tool helps executives justify security investments and focus on the most critical risk areas. By combining automation with professional expertise, it supports data-driven decision-making and proactive cyber defense.
