The specialized assistant has been launched on the website of the autonomous nonprofit Tsentr sotsialnoy i kulturnoy adaptatsii inostrannykh grazhdan (Center for the Social and Cultural Adaptation of Foreign Nationals). Its primary purpose is to provide fast and convenient access to up-to-date information on employment opportunities and government services. The chatbot is intended to help foreign nationals understand Russia's migration procedures and make the adaptation process easier and more accessible.

One of the chatbot's key features is automatic translation of responses into major languages. This allows people with different levels of Russian-language proficiency to access the information they need in their native language.
