Vibe Coding Named the Leading Trend in Tech Education in Russia

Online schools report strong demand for developers who create code with the help of neural networks.

Vibe coding is set to become a defining trend in EdTech education throughout 2026, Kirill Pshinnik, co-founder and CEO of Zerocoder, told IT RUSSIA.

According to him, 2025 marked a turning point, as AI agents capable of generating large volumes of text and visual content and translating human language into programming code began to enter the day-to-day work of both IT companies and mid-sized businesses. This, he said, has fueled strong demand for “vibe coders,” developers who can emerge from almost any profession, provided they have a technical mindset.

From Idea to Course

“Vibe coding has become the embodiment of technological freedom. All you need to do is describe an idea in text, and an agent will turn your request into a ready-made result in one or two iterations. In Russia, and in the West as well, when vibe-code solutions first appeared, there were no online schools or courses yet. But demand for specialists was already taking shape: developer and entrepreneur communities on Telegram began collecting information about such professionals. We ran the first pilot intensives, received hundreds of registrations, and by August launched a full-fledged course that today is among our flagship and most in-demand offerings,” Pshinnik said.

Analytics from Yandex show that interest in the term “vibe coding” in Russia first began to grow actively in February 2025. By August, interest had doubled compared with July. The trend continues to gain momentum, driven primarily by young people and early-career specialists. As Yandex analysts note, neural networks are increasingly becoming assistants for developers and are reshaping established workflows.
