Russian neural network Vika, long used in the Khanty-Mansi region, is now integrated into the national MAX messenger to deliver real‑time fuel price information and support digital services for both consumers and entrepreneurs.

The Vika neural network, operating in Yugra since 2018, has expanded into the nationwide MAX messenger with a new feature: the “Fuel Prices” service. Users select their city and fuel type to receive an updated list of nearby gas stations, complete with color‑coded indicators showing minimum, average, and maximum prices. The tool helps drivers quickly compare offers, optimize routes, and save both time and money.
Tools for Users and Businesses
More than 700,000 Russian companies now use MAX’s Partner Platform, which provides integrated tools for selling goods and services, processing payments, and supporting customers. Initially rolled out in October for companies listed in RuStore, the service has been available since November 12 to businesses registered on MSP.RF. Future expansion may include access for self‑employed entrepreneurs.
Together, the expansion of Vika’s AI capabilities and the rapid development of the Partner Platform illustrate how Russia is building a scalable digital ecosystem that connects citizens, business owners, and service providers through a single national communication environment.
