Yamal School Students and Teachers Learn to Work With Artificial Intelligence
Yamal has joined a pilot project to teach school students and teachers how to work with artificial intelligence technologies. Students are mastering prompt and image generation, while teachers are learning to determine whether homework was completed independently.
Classes have been held since the start of the academic year. School students are learning to recognize errors made by neural networks and deepfakes, and are discussing safety, ethics, and responsibility when using the technology. The output of neural networks is becoming increasingly difficult to distinguish from reality. For example, deepfakes can be used to fake a person's appearance and voice.
At School No. 3, a supplementary education teacher holds classes twice a week. At School No. 1, teachers are learning alongside the children and are already able to determine whether a student completed their homework independently.
