Education Ministry Launches Legal Aid Chatbot for Teachers on Max
The chatbot is designed to help educators protect their rights in conflict situations.

Russia’s Ministry of Education has launched a chatbot on the Max messenger platform to support teachers in resolving disputes and protecting their rights.
The chatbot was developed to provide rapid assistance and gives users access to legal guidance and relevant documents. According to Irina Kokoeva, director of the ministry’s HR policy department, the service is focused on practical support for teachers facing complex situations.
“The chatbot offers step-by-step guidance for a range of conflict scenarios and has already been tested among educators. It operates around the clock on the Max messenger and is available only to teachers with verified accounts,” Kokoeva said at a meeting of the council on protecting the professional honor and dignity of educators.
The ministry also emphasized the need for a systemic approach to safeguarding teachers’ professional reputation and for introducing additional mechanisms to respond to conflicts.
“Teachers must always have the tools they need to work confidently and safely,” said Education Minister Sergey Kravtsov.
