Russian Cloud Provider Launches Platform for Building AI Assistants

Timeweb Cloud’s new SaaS platform lets companies deploy AI-powered agents without heavy infrastructure costs or in-house development.

Russian cloud provider Timeweb Cloud has introduced a SaaS platform for creating and managing AI assistants powered by generative models. The service is designed to help businesses integrate artificial intelligence into daily operations, streamlining processes without the need for custom development or large-scale infrastructure investments, according to RBC.

The platform allows companies to choose from different language models and enhance them with proprietary knowledge bases using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Large language models can tap into external data sources, delivering more accurate and context-aware responses. Multiple knowledge bases can be linked to a single model, while several AI agents can be tied to the same knowledge base.

Integration is also simplified: developers can embed a chatbot into company systems with just a single line of code. Once deployed, agents can handle thousands of requests simultaneously, offering personalized interactions at high speed across websites, social networks, and messengers.

The system is geared toward automating routine tasks such as order processing, booking, diagnostics, and customer support. It can also assist with data analysis, reporting, document management, and onboarding programs for new employees.

Looking ahead, Timeweb Cloud plans to expand customization options for widget interfaces and build a marketplace of ready-made scenarios tailored to different industries.
