Belarusbank Migrates to Russian CRM Platform
One of Belarus’s largest banks has completed the rollout of a new customer relationship management system built on the Russian BPMSoft platform, covering marketing, sales, and customer service operations.

The system is based on the low-code BPMSoft platform developed by IT holding company LANSOFT and was deployed by Belarusian integrator B-Logic. The bank received a unified 360-degree customer profile for both retail and corporate clients, along with tools for automating marketing campaigns and cross-selling operations. The platform is fully integrated with the bank’s mobile app, remote banking system, and email infrastructure. The project also included a large-scale data migration and stress testing involving 2,500 simultaneous users.
The system also includes analytics tools for measuring customer acquisition costs and evaluating the effectiveness of marketing campaigns. The platform was adapted to the bank’s internal requirements and complies with the information security standards set by regulators. The final acceptance certificate confirming the system’s transition into commercial operation has already been signed.
