Russia Expands AI-Driven Utility Service Hubs
In Vladivostok, a regional energy provider has opened a next-generation customer service center, marking a major step in the digital transformation of Russia’s utilities.

The Far Eastern Energy Company has launched a modernized Unified Billing and Information Center in Vladivostok. The new facility is equipped with advanced digital services developed by domestic specialists, including an electronic queue, an automated system for submitting meter readings, a self-service information kiosk, and a touchscreen terminal with cashless payment options.
At the updated center, customers can choose their preferred service format: self-service, assistance from a manager, or online consultations through the AI-powered “Video Consultant.”
The company continues to transform its customer offices by opening redesigned spaces for public services. Across the Far East, 36 multi-purpose centers are already in operation, collectively serving more than 2.6 million people.
