Beeline Employees Work With Neural Networks Through Ekzointellekt

Beeline has expanded its employees’ technical capabilities by creating a workspace where they can interact with neural networks.

Ekzointellekt (Exo-Intelligence) brings together internal AI models for working with corporate information and popular commercial models for public data in a single interface, including ChatGPT, Claude, GigaChat Max, YandexGPT, Gemini, DeepSeek and others.

The digital platform can help customer support teams respond faster and speed up the preparation of technical documentation. Over time, that should allow the operator’s employees to serve customers both faster and more effectively.

10,000 Users Are Testing It

The name Ekzointellekt was chosen for the corporate workspace for a reason: its developers see artificial intelligence as a way to augment people’s abilities and capabilities, regardless of their position or role. The platform is not intended to replace people. Instead, its creators envision AI embedded in real-world workflows, freeing employees to spend more time on creative work and thinking beyond standard approaches.

Beeline says that since Ekzointellekt launched in April 2026, nearly half of the company’s workforce, or 10,000 people, have joined the workspace. They have created 600 custom assistants. On average, the product’s daytime user count is growing 158% month over month, while average monthly growth has reached 116%. Ekzointellekt has also been integrated into the company’s corporate messenger, making routine tasks easier to handle – employees can draft an email, review a contract, outline a presentation or analyze data in just a few clicks.

Another notable advantage is that the AI can suggest ideas and explain its reasoning, or break down a complex subject in language tailored to the person asking. At the same time, Ekzointellekt is integrated directly into workflows: employees can connect specialized tools to conversations with an internal model to launch tasks, monitor and manage infrastructure, advise customers, work with code and generate technical documentation.

Next Up: Messages and Calls

Beeline plans to expand Ekzointellekt further. The company intends to integrate the platform with all of its office communication systems, connecting it to messages, calls and other team interactions while adding content and analytical support. Plans also include presentation creation and the deployment of AI agents for workplace services. Beeline says the ethical component is especially important: conversations and outputs within the Ekzointellekt environment must meet standards for content quality, professional ethics, corporate culture and values.

After deploying Ekzointellekt, the telecom operator began integrating digital AI employees into its production environment. The company is now working through questions around their return on investment and how resources should be allocated across roles and projects – the broader area now referred to as “tokenomics.” Beeline is becoming a pioneer in this field, and its work could provide a foundation for future industry-wide practices.

From AI Experiments to Everyday Work

The Ekzointellekt corporate workspace brings employees’ expertise together in a single environment, reduces routine work and improves the quality of decisions. Over time, using AI in Beeline’s day-to-day operations could speed up customer support, technical documentation and subscriber service.

Deploying Ekzointellekt marks an important step for Russia’s IT industry because Beeline has moved beyond separate, disconnected chatbots and pilot assistants to a unified corporate AI platform for everyday work. That reflects a broader trend in the Russian market, where large companies have moved from experimenting with artificial intelligence to deploying platforms, assistants and AI agents in production. Ekzointellekt’s most promising applications include reducing time spent on routine operations, improving customer service and making infrastructure management more efficient. For now, the platform’s main opportunities lie in the Russian market, but individual technologies, such as routing requests between models or integrating AI with corporate systems, could eventually evolve from an internal operator platform into B2B products with export potential.

Ekzointellekt is a strategic platform for AI transformation and for taking the company to a new technological level. It is designed to bring employees’ individual expertise together into the organization’s collective intelligence, reducing routine work, accelerating processes and improving the quality of decisions
