AI Helps Russian Students Choose Their Future Careers
New digital tools in Moscow’s e-learning platform analyze students’ progress and suggest career paths and events.

Artificial intelligence is taking a bigger role in helping Russian students plan their futures. The Moscow Electronic School (MESH) — one of the world’s largest education platforms — has introduced new AI-powered services designed to personalize learning and guide career exploration, according to mos.ru.
A new feature called “Digital Teacher” tailors study programs in physics and computer science based on each student’s performance. Thousands of students already use similar adaptive modules in mathematics.
High school students will also receive career recommendations generated by AI, displayed in their personal “Student Portfolio.” The platform now features announcements for field trips, open days at colleges, and meetings with employers — all matched to a student’s interests and academic strengths.
Smart Recommendations and Parental Insights
The Student Portfolio also compiles academic records, competition results, sports achievements, and extracurricular activities — creating a comprehensive digital profile.
Today, the Moscow Electronic School ecosystem connects more than 1.2 million students, 1.8 million parents, and 70,000 teachers. Its reach now extends beyond the capital, as other Russian regions adopt its cutting-edge tools to modernize education nationwide.
