AI-Powered Assistant to Help Russians Plan Leisure Activities
A new service analyzes user preferences to suggest personalized ways to spend free time, from casual outings to tailored leisure experiences.

Students from the Peredovaya inzhenernaya shkola MAI (Advanced Engineering School at the Moscow Aviation Institute) and the Financial University are developing WalkMe, a service designed to suggest locations and ideas for different types of leisure activities.
According to project author Mikhail Kobak, a student at Institute No. 14, Peredovaya inzhenernaya shkola MAI, the idea grew out of personal experience.
Tailored to Any Request
The app is designed to be simple to use. Users first set filters based on their preferences - interests, goals, timing and other factors. The system then selects suitable leisure options and locations from a dedicated database.
The service can adapt to virtually any user request. WalkMe also continuously learns from user queries, actions and feedback, improving the accuracy and personalization of its recommendations.
The project is initially focused on users in Moscow but could later expand to other major Russian cities. According to the developer, existing services on the market are typically designed to generate customer traffic for businesses.
