Chatbot for Paying for Gas Without Queues or Phone Calls Launches in Naberezhnye Chelny
Gazprom transgaz Kazan has developed and deployed the Oplata za gaz. Virtualny pomoshchnik chatbot on the MAX messenger platform for EPU Chelnygaz subscribers.

The service allows users to submit applications for connection and contract conclusion, pay for gas and services, submit meter readings, receive receipts and send inquiries. The chatbot is suitable both for existing subscribers and those who are only planning to gasify their homes, and navigation is organized through the main menu.
"If you are planning to gasify your home, you can submit a connection application and learn all the conditions," Chelnygaz representatives said.
They clarified that the chatbot also allows users to conclude gas supply and maintenance contracts electronically and pay for consumed gas or gas service by selecting the "Pay" section — the system will suggest the next steps.
