Gazprom-Media Holding to Deploy AI Agents for Legal and HR Operations
By the end of 2026, Gazprom-Media Holding plans to launch pilot projects deploying AI agents across four business functions. The AI systems will assist employees with legal, tax, financial, and human resources work.
A legal AI agent will analyze contracts and regulatory documents while identifying potential risks. A financial agent will reconcile bank statements, prepare reports, and verify payroll and tax records. At the same time, the company is in the final stage of testing an HR agent for initial resume screening and a tax analytics agent that consolidates information from multiple sources. All of the systems will run locally on the holding company's own secure infrastructure.
After completing the pilot phase, the company plans to expand the tools to additional business functions. Running the systems on its internal infrastructure will allow Gazprom-Media Holding to scale the solutions without deployment constraints.
