HIPRA's Russian Unit Digitizes Business Document Workflow
Biotechnology company Hipra Rus has automated the exchange of legally binding business documents by integrating its SAP Business One ERP system with the Kontur.Diadok electronic document management service.
The integration was carried out by IT company TsMD-soft, Hipra Rus's technology partner. The new module enables employees to send and receive documents directly from the SAP Business One interface, sign them with qualified electronic signatures, track processing status, and manage user access rights. It supports both standardized electronic business documents – including universal transfer documents (UTDs), acceptance certificates, invoices, and TORG-12 shipping documents in XML format – as well as conventional PDF, Excel, and Word files.
The integration has reduced the time required to exchange closing documents with suppliers and customers while eliminating errors caused by manually transferring data between systems.
