In Russia, technology solutions for human resources management are expected to grow by 15–20 percent in 2026, according to figures cited by the media from Avito. Artificial intelligence is already being used to screen resumes, draft job descriptions, create test assignments, and support internal communications. More than 60 percent of office workers in Russia are now working with generative AI.

Courses and Smart Tools

Training increasingly relies on digital LMS platforms and short online courses. Neural networks help build personalized learning tracks for employees, while AI is also being rolled out in HR analytics. Experts say predictive analytics and dashboards with machine-learning elements will be among the top HR trends in 2026. Companies are also showing strong interest in low-code and no-code solutions that allow them to develop AI tools tailored to their needs without significant costs.

In 2025, the HR Tech market grew by 10 percent to around 69 billion rubles. Russian employers are showing rising interest in technology-driven solutions for the labor market.
