MegaFon Consolidates Corporate Client Data Into Unified System
MegaFon has implemented the Edinyy klient (Unified Client) MDM system developed by HFLabs, which automatically maintains up-to-date information on the operator’s corporate customers.

The system aggregates data from internal platforms and open sources, removes duplicates and builds a single client profile containing company details, contacts and interaction history. In the first phase, the corporate customer database was reconciled with Russia’s Unified State Register of Legal Entities, allowing the operator to verify and update company records and map relationships between legal entities. The system also tracks changes such as updates in legal status or the addition of new contacts and notifies employees automatically, without manual checks.
