The country’s first fully autonomous hotel, powered entirely by artificial intelligence, opened its doors in June 2025—without a single human receptionist in sight.

The concept, spearheaded by hotel owner Olga Grachyova, offers a frictionless, fully digital experience. Guests can book rooms, receive a digital access code, check in, and complete payments—all through an online platform, no face-to-face interaction required.

But this isn’t just about convenience. The hotel also provides value-added services like airport transfers and guided tours, all accessible via the same digital interface. According to Grachyova, the AI-first approach enhances safety, streamlines operational costs, and dramatically reduces staffing overhead.
